Federal "Inn of Court" Program

Bob Bennett and Christopher Loman were recently asked to co-present with U.S. Magistrate Judge David Waxse an educational program in the "Inn of Court" series on Electronic Discovery.

Judge Waxse is nationally known as an expert in the use of E-Discovery as it applies to federal litigation. Attendees were given an overview of the history of e-discovery, it's application and affect on virtually all future litigation.

Christopher Loman, an expert in computer forensics examination, answered technical questions and shared his experiences in the analysis of electronic data in a variety of high profile cases.

Christopher and Bob are co-owners of Alphalitigator, LLC a litigation and e-discovery support company.
